All 4Bagger Vibe products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. This helps us reduce waste and offer high-quality baseball-inspired gear made just for you.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location:
- USA: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs delays, carrier volume, or other unforeseen factors.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@cappersgroup.com. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. We cannot replace or refund items lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
